Shipping Policy

Our policy is to fulfill all your orders with loving care all year long! Our Warehouse Team at RnA ReSet is a team of wonderful humans, working with human hands and human brains, all sending loving energy to all the products as they go out our door!  It’s really cool and we’re happy to do all of that just for you!!!

Now – let's get down to business.

Domestic orders:

All RnA ReSet domestic orders are shipped FOB from our warehouse in North Carolina USA via the USPS.

Our goal is to get your essential health products on their way to you as soon as possible. We will place your items in the trustworthy care of our preferred shipper as our shipping schedule recommends. IF are situations beyond our control that may delay delivery we will use the information you provided during checkout to contact you if we are aware that a delay could exist. If we have questions that prevent processing your order entirely, we will hold your order for up to ten days to await your instruction. If after ten days we have not received instruction from you, your order will be refunded and canceled.

 

The Estimated Delivery window provided by RnA ReSet reflects the most standard delivery time by zone as recommended by the USPS. However, random things will occur in the universe and your package may be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, weather delays, or any other unforeseen complications outside of RnA ReSet’s control.

• Domestic shipping rates are calculated by weight and zone. Estimated shipping times are established by delivery zone. All products are shipped FOB from our warehouse in North Carolina. You will get your order faster if you live in North Carolina than if you live in Seattle, Washington – but it’s still coming as fast as it can because we use PRIORITY SHIPPING from the USPS ONLY! All orders will be hand carried to the residential or business address provided online through our ordering system. For US addresses who have both a PO Box and Physical address you should specify both address on your order.  
• For orders placed on a business day no later than 1pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday excluding Holidays, we will do our best to ship the same day.  All orders are shipped PRIORITY delivery. EXPEDITED PRIORITY SHIPPING is not a guaranteed overnight service but will expedient a standard priority order.
• RnA ReSet has an exclusive agreement with USPS and does not ship via other carriers within the US.
• Final note: RnA ReSet cannot refund shipping charges once the product has left our warehouse. We have to pay the USPS before it leaves us and they do not issue refunds.  In the rare and unusual case that we have an **unacceptable service failure** on our hands, we will send you a free shipping code on your next order.

International Orders:

We are honored to be able to ship our amazing health products to 215 countries around the world. It thrills us to our very CORE to think that people all over the world are improving their body, mind and mood with our incredible products! A vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays, and our customers are always very lovely and understanding – but just in case something does go awry here are some things to consider:

Currency:

All RnAReSet.com transactions are shown and made in USD (U.S. dollars). Please contact your bank with any questions regarding conversion rates.

 Customs – Restricted Products

It’s a big world out there with lots of fun stuff going on all the time. While we make every effort to stay on top of all the customs regulations that effect dietary supplements and their delivery throughout the world, the person singularly responsible for the successful delivery of an international order is the international consumer. As regulations affecting customs for dietary supplements change constantly, we strongly recommend that you check with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.

 International – Lost in Transit

Although it is rare for international orders to be lost, please be aware that it can happen. Delivery time frames are estimates only and do not take into account weekends, holidays, etc. International orders may take up to 21 days to clear customs, depending upon delivery method and government procedures. An international order will not be considered “lost” until 45 days after shipment date. We are unable to process claims until this 45-day period has passed. Please note that we do not offer replacements or store credits. In the event that your order has been lost, you must report it as lost to us within 90 days of date of purchase. Please contact us by email or chat to discuss your options.

Refusing Your International Delivery because of Customs Charges

You, the customer, are responsible for all duties, taxes and additional fees imposed on you, the customer, by your country of residence.

RnA ReSet is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of RnA ReSet to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping and we will only refund your order if we receive your return and the items are in pin-point perfect condition, both of which are RARE for international returns.
